Description
Introduce your unit with teamwork, leadership, critical thinking, and strategic reasoning! Students love the chance to use their 'real-world skills" to solve a scholastic problem. My students wanted to continue after we did this the first time. I've used this time- and time again to introduce stories like 'To Build a Fire" or with a testing boot camp to reframe around a zombie apocalypse. This activity can take 45 minutes or a week depending on how far you want to go.
