Description
We all know the craziness that testing season brings! This Test Planning Document was created out of necessity to plan, organize, and track student testing efficiently.
Each Page's Key Features and Functions:
- At a Glace: The opening tab is designed to give the user a space to document all tests that are being planned for, and those key bits of information to go along with them (i.e. testing windows)
- Student Lists: In this tab, you will input student names. Then, all names will populate in other tabs of the document. You will identify students with IEPs, and have the option to group students in up to 5 groups.
- Student Completion: All student names appear as inputted in the previous tab, and the names of tests appear as typed in the first tab. This allows you to track student test completion.
- Testing Accommodation: All students you identified has having an IEP will populate in this tab. You can fill in the students accommodation information as described in their IEPs.
- Testing Calendar: This is the day-to-day planning. The calendar has a M-F view and is completely editable, so you can format it to your scheduling needs.
The document comes build out to 30 students (add more easily) and 10 different tests.
