It has been shown that a daily practice of gratitude boosts mood and overall happiness. This journal is a great way to encourage students change their mindset and make gratitude a habit. It can be used as a gratitude challenge in November or anytime of the year you notice your students can use a reset! Each page includes lines for writing what you are grateful for as well as an inspiring quote. This journal works best for students who do not need primary lines for writing.
