Description
This poem is meant to go with the book, The Kissing Hand, which is a great book for beginning of the year! I read the book and then print this poem out on cardstock. After printing, I put each child's handprint on the back of their poem with their name and heart sticker in the middle of the hand. This makes a great gift to parents and a great way to remind parents and students to use "the kissing hand" when they are afraid or sad to leave home.
