How to use this math mystery resource:
✳️Students will solve the problems on the clue cards.
✳️For each problem, they will record the letter of their answer choice on their answer sheet.
✳️After they have solved every problem, they will count the number of each answer choice and write the totals in the boxes on their answer sheet.
✳️They will use the totals to help them answer the question at the bottom of their answer sheet.
There are two versions of answer sheets and you have the choice of using full size clue cards or task card sized.
All pages are available in color and black & white.
Aligned with these Common Core State Standards:
2.NBT.5: Fluently add and subtract within 100 using strategies based on place value, properties of operations, and/or the relationship between addition and subtraction.
