Description
Valkyrie is a film about the German military resistance to Hitler and the Nazi Regime in the twilight of World War II. Claus von Staffenburg along with his fellow conspirators had to weave their way through the Wehrmacht Officer Corps to attempt to find enough people close to Hitler to assassinate him and cut off the SS from taking control of the country after his death. Many Americans only now are starting to realize that many Germans were entrapped buy the Nazi Regime of fitting in - or else. Here is a case where people stood together to attempt to show the world "That not all of them agreed with the Nazis."
