Teach your students organization skills this year with this editable homework assignment sheet. You can type/write in homework assignments for 3 subjects plus a weekly spelling list. There are 5 color versions of the sheet which are also included in grayscale! Now includes a 5 subject version!

This resource download includes both a PowerPoint version of the file so that you can use your favorite fonts for filling in the boxes, and an Adobe .pdf form file that you can use my pre-selected fonts in.
