I am currently a teacher at a high school in NYC. My school services students that come from low-socio economic backgrounds and that are classified as having special needs. I look to enrich their educational experience by exposing them to opportunities and experiences that they would not normally have access to. However, that cost money. I believe that my students should have access and exposure to a great educational experience despite their socio-economic background. So, I have set up this account in order to help fund these experiences such as museum visits, art galleries, social emotional learning opportunities, and etc. So any donations that could be received to help serve the purpose would be greatly appreciated.
