Welcome! I have been teaching for 5 years. I've been a mentor for a handful of teachers. I enjoy teaching and seeing that 'light bulb" moment for students. I have taught High School Government, World History and 7th grade World History. I am currently teaching 8th grade US History. I enjoy guiding students through History and helping them make connections. These activities are student centered and have increased my engagement in the classroom as well as the student's knowledge.
