About
I am a passionate teacher. I started out my adult life with the death of my first born child. After he drowned I became a paramedic to help prevent other people from loosing children like I did.
My career path changed after I was involved in a wreck while in my ambulance.I taught myself how to walk again after 5 surgeries.
My husband and I adopted our grandson who has autism and several other disabilities. I started volunteering at his school and became a part of the staff one job at a time. Janitor, cook, substitute teacher and substitute bus driver.
I returned to school and became a teacher.I now have my masters degree.
I get to go to work each day with my son and help students to become amazing.
