Description
Students can practice reading numbers in word form and picture form with the fun game! They can choose the correct answer by clipping the clothes pin on it. Turn the card over to see if the answer is correct.*
There are 26 math task cards in this set. They use 3-digit numbers and meet 2nd grade CCSS standards NBT.A.1 & NBT.A.3. There is also a cover card and a teaching / example card.
Teachers can laminate the cards and then mark the correct answer with a dot on the back of the card. Students use a clothespin to choose the correct answer and then flip the card over to see if they are correct. The cards and clothespin fit perfectly into a 4 x 6 photo box (sold at many craft stores). This makes a great way to store your task cards.
You could also use these for a whole class scoot game. Just put one on each desk and use the cards for a scoot game. There is a recording sheet for this activity.
