Are you looking for word work activities for ew, ui, ue, oo? Then, this is the resource for you! These are adorable activities that you can use as part of your guided reading, word work, spelling, or as a learning activity. There are 5 color learning center activities and 14 b&w worksheets. This resource has everything you need in one place to teach the sounds of ew, ui, ew, and oo. Your students will be engaged and enjoy learning. I've just made your life a little easier by provided everything you need to get ready and teach. Help your children learn the difference between ew, ue, ui, and oo in spelling patterns.
Activities Included:
1. Word Sort and Flip-The children will sort the words into up to 4 groups, words that have ew, ue, ui, or oo in them. When the children complete the activity they turn the cards over and if they completed it correctly it makes a picture. The children are always amazed by the picture that the activity makes.
2. Finish It! Children will place ew, ue, ui, and oo into word cards to complete the words.
3. Puzzles" Children will read and put together a variety of puzzles according to whether they should have ew, ue, ui, or oo in them.
4. Game Board" Children will move their pieces around the game board by reading ew, ue, ui, or oo words.
5. Clip It!" Students will use clothespin and clip correct vowel sound.
6. 14 Various b&w ready to copy worksheets.
