This seasonal inspired scavenger hunt gets kids moving, enjoying the beauty of nature while also incorporating science and art! The main activity sheet includes pictures that students are to identify on their walk, color the images based on the items they find, and a space at the end to reflect.
Included is also an optional extended enrichment activity that expands on the first nature walk sheet. This sheet allows students to compare and contrast with others, do beginner research on trees and their region, as well as a space at the bottom to create their own fall picture using the items they collected.
This activity can easily fit science, art or even social studies lessons! Can be adapted for multiple ages/grade levels!
