Many people have heard of the "Wellness Wheel," but have you ever felt like it was too much for the littlest learners? I introduce you to the Health Triangle (this is an old concept with @Thathealthteacherchick makeover)!🔥This is a great and simplified visual to start teaching students about the dimensions of health! When children hear the word health, they mainly think about exercise and eating apples, but health is so much more than that! Start your year off right teaching them to care for themselves physically, socially AND emotionally! I am currently finishing up a small workbook with worksheets to go with this!
