You have your choice of how you would like to administer it, whether you do it over 30 days of your choice or as a "Time Tuesday" setup that could take you through 30 Tuesdays of the school year. Either way, a cover sheet for your students is included!
This packet covers skills such as:
-identifying the hours of an analog clock
-identifying the minutes of an analog clock
-examining the difference between AM and PM
-labeling blank analog clocks with the correct time
Each day builds upon the last. After learning the hours, students will look at minutes in the first half hour, become comfortable with reading and labeling them on an analog clock, and then move on to similar activities with the second half hour before mixing both together. Following this order also helps with understanding the movement of the hour hand. Use it as a quick morning work exercise or as a math warm-up!
