These writing work mats are great for literacy centers, intervention, early finishers, the list goes on! Take journal writing a step further by giving students a more hands-on approach to writing, and also challenging them by having them choose 4 words that they MUST include in their writing! Students still have choice in their writing, but the extra challenge makes it more exciting while also practicing reading and spelling a variety of rhyming words.
