Students will also learn about the following - Tips to show understanding are included in this product. Two social stories that focus on showing understanding and being compassionate. The social stories includes comprehension questions throughout. Some of the questions require students to put their feet in the shoes of the character. This product encourages students to understand the importance of showing understanding when plans change, show understanding when plans change, lack of communication and how to improve communication with others, helping those in need, and the importance of helping others.
At the end of the product, you will find 4 role-playing cards that relate with showing understanding. Students can role-play each situation and talk about how they would feel if they were in the situation.
