Description
This is an arrangement of the Carrollton March for Oboe and Bb Clarinet. The Carrollton March was composed by Arthur Clifton to be performed at a ceremony for the completion of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad on July 4, 1828. The original arrangement of the piece was created for piano. This oboe and Bb clarinet duet arrangement passes the melody between oboe and clarinet. This march features less repetition than the original piano score, opting instead for changes in instrumentation to provide a more interesting repertoire.
