Looking for an activity to help your life skills students learn to calculate money. Counting is a hard skill for some students to get the hang of. This activity focuses on using a calculator to add bills. I teach my students to point to each bill as they add so that they don't lose their place.
Resource consists of 11 pages. 3 pages add two bills together and are set up like an addition problem for structure. 2 pages add 3 bills. The final pages add 5-7 bills. Bills range from $1 to $50.
For a reusable activity: Print in color and laminate. Students can use a dry erase marker to answer.
For single use worksheets: Print in greyscale and make copies.
