I am a mother of 5 beautiful children, and a 7th & 8th grade social studies teacher. I love being a mother! I love teaching! However, I don't love that I can't take care of my children properly because I make just enough to pay bills and get limited groceries. It would be wonderful if teachers were respected and paid for the non stop work that is required of us.
