Description

Send your students on an archaeologic dig examining 20 of the treasures found in the tomb of Pharaoh Tutankhamun.
One hundred years ago, archaeologist Howard Carter discovered the long-lost tomb of the last Egyptian pharaoh of the 18th Dynasty. Pharaoh Tutankhamun reigned over Egypt about ten years before his sudden and untimely death. The outpouring of grief is evident for all to see in the treasures that filled his tomb. Let your students practice their inference skills as they look at 20 of the 5,000 objects that followed this boy-king into the afterlife.
