Description
Have student use left hand to 'hop" with index finger on small letters and index and middle finger for tall and fall letters. Then, have them go through the alphabet hop scotch saying tall, small, or fall for each letter. Finally, have them say each letter and whether they are tall, small, or fall as they 'hop" through the alphabet. This activity draws attention to lowercase letter differences and their correct orientation to lines.
