The script is a relatable one - highlighting all of those pesky feelings that having too much stress on your plate causes you - and how it can effect your ability to function.
The story carries a theme of positive mental health: managing your stress through allowing yourself time to relax and take care of yourself, saying no to adding things you can't handle to your plate, and talking your feelings out with loved ones.

I used this performance packet for my mixed age drama group of 5th to 7th graders, and for my homeroom class of fifth graders.
