Classful refund policy
You must first make a request to us before making a dispute with your cardholder. Classful does not offer refunds except for the specific reasons listed below. Sales are final because resources are digital products and cannot be returned. If we provide a refund, it must be within 30 days.
- Falsified
- Missing content
- Duplicate order
- Technical issue
- Cardholder initiation/dispute (chargeback)
An example of a Falsified refund would be when the product description does not match the actual product purchased. An example of a Missing content refund will be if the resource is missing items described in the product description. An example of a Duplicate order would be if you accidentally ordered the same product more than once.
The cardholder or bank may initiate/dispute a transaction. In such a case, Classful has no control over such actions.
