Classful refund policy
Classful does not offer refunds except for the specific reasons listed below. Sales are final because resources are digital products and cannot be returned. If we provide a refund, it must be within 30 days.
- Falsified
- Missing content
- Duplicate order
An example of a Falsified refund would be when the product description does not match the actual product purchased. An example of a Missing content refund will be if the resource is missing items described in the product description. An example of a Duplicate order would be if you accidentally ordered the same product more than once.
