These 12 egg-shaped zentangle worksheets make a fun Easter or Spring art lesson to study line and pattern. This creative and engaging drawing activity will relax your students as they explore the element of line. This resource is also great as a quick and easy sub plan or activity for early finishers!
9 pages each have a different egg design to fill in with line patterns (also called doodles or tangles) and a set of 18 pattern examples to inspire students. There are an additional 3 pages of blank eggs so students can design their own! There are 48 total patterns spread out among the worksheets.
This resource requires NO PREP - just print and go! And for a quick and easy classroom display, consider having students cut out their shapes and paste them onto pastel-colored construction paper!
